The Technician showed up to work and went straight to work. I actually had no contact with him because i paid up front. He was quiet and respectful of the property.
I hired Benfield and am very happy with the work done. My job was to wire up an attic-installed fan and move a chandelier. They were able to fish new wire through my kitchen wall without any damage, and they moved my chandelier easily and correctly. It was not an easy job, but it was done perfectly and exactly how I wanted it done. I would recommend them and use them again.
The responses were quick, the contractors were reputable and it made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
There estimate was very reasonable and accurate with no hidden charges. Their PSP Power solutions Department has experts in assessing your situation and offering creative solutions. Tony Testa was very knowledgeable and saved us thousands of dollars by his suggestion of installing an underground propane gas tank, rather than connecting to Washington Gas.
