They were on time and very professional.
For this job, Benfield sent TWO electricians, which made the hourly rate much more of a value. They accomplished all tasks I requested at a reasonable cost, were very diligent about as little damage to drywall as possible, and at decision-points were willing to give me good advice. Plus they had a good sense of humor. Downside: they arrived an hour later than I was told they would. But I will call Benfield again when I need electrical help. I was impressed.

They were courteous and efficient and, mostly, on time. At one time, two appointments were booked for the same day and they arrived at 3:00 p.m., rather than in the a.m.
