Fair price and good work completed.
John came out and handled my project. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I had to purchase a sensor for my carriage light and felt the $29 was pretty high but that was out of the technician's control as the company dictates the price.
The estimate was $350ish but the finished bill was $580. They did do a little extra work but I was caught off guard a little with the jump in price.
Mario, Sean, and Marlon are a great team. They provided prompt answers to our questions, did the work efficiently, and left the work site clean and orderly. My husband was so pleased with the work done to site the generator, build a concrete pad, and hand dig a trench for the electrical and gas lines. We are still in the process of completing the installation--need to wait on for an upgraded gas line supplied by our gas company. Extremely professional from start to finish. Mario explained in detail the delivery, installation, inspection, and close-out process; and then everything went as planned. He made very sure that I understood how the system worked, what my maintenance responsibilities were, and how to get support when needed. The price was competitive.
Easily the best contractor we have ever worked with. From the initial response, Sean called literally within seconds of my sending the request to Home Advisor, to the final inspection & orientation, Mario spent a couple of hours going over generator operation and maintenance, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive.
