RecommendedBenefitness has exactly what I need to maintain a workout schedule of cardio and strength. The staff are super friendly and helpful (I strongly disagree with a previous reviewer— the customer service here is wonderful!!) and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Plus, an all-women’s gym makes working out way less bro-y and much more comfortable!
This gym is amazing! The staff makes it feel like home and the classes are incredible!!!! It is small and intimate rather than some gym that is jam packed and over crowded! I love the atmosphere here and will always HIGHLY recommend! �
