The Ulta in Kapolei sucks! They are rude, one of the employees was checking me out and was in a rush! She also stared doing other things while she was checking me out. But before that the employees kept following me. One asked if I wanted a bag 3 times and was standing directly behind me while I was trying to shop. The vibe in that store has always been weird. I rather go to the on in Pearl city. I wish this store was better because it’s closer to my house.
I went to buy body cream. The staff were all cheerful and helpful. I was able to find the product quickly, which was helpful. I'll definitely shop here next time.
Not happy Valentines! Came in No one greeted me even though one worker was next time to me spraying herself with the perfume. Walked in a little more, another worker seen but no acknowledgment. Then my other half came in, heard them say “hi welcome”.
