Got a signature haircut by Tysen in the Ulta Salon and I loved how he cut my hair. I was feeling a bit ugly and lost my spark a bit lately. This was my first time going to Tysen but I will definetly be back for him! He brought the beauty and life back into my hair and helped me feel confident again :)

If I could rate this store a 0, I absolutely would. I had a terrible experience here. I’ve been to this location several times before, and while I’ve never had an issue, my most recent experience was extremely unpleasant. The manager, Kaena, was incredibly rude and disrespectful toward customers. The way he spoke and treated people was completely unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
