I had a very disappointing experience with Benefits Aesthetics. Not only was I not greeted when I arrived, but the customer service through the camera was unprofessional and unwelcoming. It left me questioning if this is truly how potential clients are treated. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was not a positive experience.
Such a lovely spa with a tranquil atmosphere. I felt completely at ease with the team, and the outcomes exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return.
