I had a very disappointing experience at the doctor's office. Despite arriving on time and completing the paperwork, I spent a frustrating 60 minutes waiting in the patient room. When I inquired about the delay, the front desk staff's responses were indifferent, and lacking any apology for the extended wait. Dr.Garrett is a good listener and is very thorough. He’s also very approachable.I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Garrett is professional, kind, direct, and offers excellent advice and follow-up. He also addresses my husband directly and includes him in the conversation, even though my husband cannot respond much. He treats people with dignity.
