Dr. Garrett is very compassionate and caring Doctor. Gives you good time to ask all your questions and clarifies anything in doubt.
I’ve been with Dr Garrett for years for Crohn’s disease and he is always compassionate and takes time to explain everything. I’ve had a few specialists over the years and he is, by far, the best.
Right away you are drawn to his caring and warm demeanor. Not only is Dr. Garrett a very professional physician, but you realize he is the best at what he does. I wish every doctor I had to deal with as a patient had his qualities. You know that when he sees you, he wants to treat your problem to the best of his abilities. His follow up call was highly unexpected and his follow up visits were very helpful in terms of information on how to get you back to a healthier you. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett.
The staff was friendly; it is a nice office. My first impression of Dr. Garrett is a good one. He answered all my questions; was pleasant and kind.

I had a very disappointing experience at the doctor's office. Despite arriving on time and completing the paperwork, I spent a frustrating 60 minutes waiting in the patient room. When I inquired about the delay, the front desk staff's responses were indifferent, and lacking any apology for the extended wait.
