I have been having a problem getting a reply from Dr. Bene's office. I had a procedure done on 9/24/19. I received a verbal notification that everything was ok. Checking my file I see it has not been updated. Called, now I have mildly abnormal, no update on my file. I have called, I have written. Will not give me an answer. Will not update the file with the diagnosis.
Dr. Bene and her staff exceeded my expectations. They are prompt with very little waiting time. Excellent experience. I take my skin care very seriously and Dr Bene is the very best. She made me so comfortable and explained everything she was doing during my procedure. Thank you so much!
My family and I have been going to Dr Bene for years. Knowledgeable and friendly staff always make us feel at home. Their bedside manner with my 7 year old was amazing. Freezing off a wart was very traumatic for him but they made him feel comfortable and by the end of the appointment he was dancing for them. I received a micro peel and love the results. They answered all of my questions and didn’t try to SELL me anything I didn’t need.
