Went today day for round 2,next time will do two closer together,totally understand why that's needed. Have great convos with Jodie,she's relaxed and makes you feel the same way. She's a wealth of info,which I find very interesting and a credit to herself,looking forward to my next one. I am very shocked at how good the colonics work,so much to rid. I’ve had multiple treatments at the Bendigo Wellness Centre over the past 5 years, however I’ve recently taken up the float experience. There is certainly an art to the ‘doing’ of this experience. You need to try it few times to get the hang of it and for your body to ‘learn’ how to be. Condensation and drips are a natural occurrence when water is in an enclosed space. I had a dream experience with Jodie, who was so friendly and personable. I enjoyed my body wrap and light therapy session so much. Definitely recommend the algae wrap! I left with soft skin and a warm, relaxed body.

After reading a less-than-positive review, I was initially hesitant about trying the float tank, but I decided to give it a go. I had two sessions last week, and they were perfect! Not a single drop of water or any noise from outside. The float tank is properly sealed, and immersive music or guided meditation is played, allowing you to relax deeply.
