As a property manager, they just wont communicate with tenants. I have tried.. uptight & get heavy rather than have a conversation. Repeated requests to speak to the owner, to get no response to date. I'm thinking a Vcat application may get one. As an owner, after my renting experience with them, I wouldn't consider them for property management.
