Not taking any responsibility. Very poor service and system. Lady indian doctor shah is very very rude too. Never will visit again.
I’ve had a concerning experience with the way workers compensation matters are handled at this clinic. It seemed too easy to obtain documentation without thorough medical assessment or discussion of rehabilitation. This raises questions about professional standards. I believe a more careful and evidence based approach would be in the best interest of both patients and employers. Not worth giving stars but I had to give it 1.

I had my appointment cancelled 4 hours beforehand, 3 weeks ago. It was something in which I had to take time out of work to attend and travel to. It was something that was previously discussed as a service available and willing to be conducted onsite. I thought these clinics were meant to take the pressure off hospital emergency departments. There was only one patient waiting when my husband and I arrived. I explained that my husband had very high blood pressure and that the only two doctors in our town were away for three months. The very rude receptionist said they couldn't help us because if his blood pressure was that high they would just call an ambulance. Her advice - walk to the emergency department.
