If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. I had a deeply disappointing experience with the young blonde receptionist, who demonstrated a complete lack of interpersonal skills. I witnessed her roll her eyes and act unhelpfully when a young woman—who appeared to have a broken arm—asked for assistance with completing her emergency contact details on a form. Not taking any responsibility. Very poor service and system. Lady indian doctor shah is very very rude too. Never will visit again.
I’ve had a concerning experience with the way workers compensation matters are handled at this clinic. It seemed too easy to obtain documentation without thorough medical assessment or discussion of rehabilitation. This raises questions about professional standards. I believe a more careful and evidence based approach would be in the best interest of both patients and employers. Not worth giving stars but I had to give it 1.
