This review is for reception/front desk area and I wish I could give negative start rating. Awful, shameless staff never want to help and always argue. Even asking for provider number on the receipt they keep avoiding and not helping out. Senseless, toxic pool of people providing awful services to people visiting to the clinic.

It's fine, 10 minute appointments, the doctors don't review your file before you walk in, you get the same service you'd get from a bulk billing practice but you have to pay. It's not cheap (~$80 up front, ~$60 rebate). It is sometimes easier to get in last minute, so maybe it's worth having as a back up. Note: I had a 5:10pm appointment and turned up and the doors were locked, the phone service said I'd called out of hours and didn't let me leave a message, so I was just stuck outside for 15 mins until eventually someone le... read more
