Avoid If You Value Respect Called regarding a used car and was verbally berated by the sales team. The staff displayed a very rude attitude and provided poor customer service. As someone new to the area, I expected professionalism and courtesy, but instead had a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend doing business with them. Avoid them if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration.
We highly recommend Shane Walford at Bendigo Mazda. We were purchasing a used car from 160km away, which could have been a stressful experience, but Shane made the entire process seamless and easy. His communication was wonderful—he was prompt, attentive, and went above and beyond by responding to our questions even on his days off.
