Rude, condescending and insulting receptionist (Mrs Mohan). I have never been treated with such contempt at a medical or dental clinic in my life, and don’t expect to be! I only called for an appointment, and was spoken to like I was committing a crime, and refused an appointment. It took me some time to comprehend what was said to me because it was so shocking and bizarre that someone I don’t know could be quite so rude!
