I had a fabulous experience with Christina Fay selecting bathroom fixtures. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient and brought a level of enthusiasm to the process that was refreshing. She seemed personally challenged to find fixtures that fit the specific space, while still fitting our aesthetic. She kept the communication going as we went back and forth with different ideas and ultimately sent me the quote and a page of all the bathroom fixtures layed out so that I could visualize how everything looked together.... read more
Norwalk location = Waited for help to make a purchase while receptionist finished making her coffee. Then told they were closing (in 15 min). Then waited more and sales person said no time for me - with no offer to make my purchase another day.

Exceptional customer service.New to home improvement I was shocked at the level of indifference shown to me by other suppliers. Bender not only offered the best price but had incredible follow up, frequent updates and genuinely seemed to value by business - everything you want from a vendor and never seem to get. Highly, highly recommend.
