RecommendedOxford House of Connecticut relies on Bender Plumbing for parts provisioning. They carry obscure items that simply cannot be found elsewhere. Their tile department is also excellent--most recently expediting an order that was needed for an emergency repair. --Jerald Dana Cole, Director.

RecommendedI have shopped at Bender Norwalk for almost 15 years. I keep returning because they always provide great customer service. I recently updated a bathroom that I renovated five years ago. Amy Nunez did a great job of helping me match the original hardware and she even managed to find a shower door in stock at Bender’s main warehouse. Amy’s persistence allowed me to finish my update in only two weeks.

RecommendedWe did several bathrooms with Jen MacLauchlan, and not only was her advice upfront spot on, her follow up and service till the very end was great. And when Jen was not available, the rest of the Bender team jumped in to help. A very strong performance by all and I will definitely be back and recommend them (especially Jen) to my friends.
