Been waiting for a toilet since June 9th. Can’t even get someone to return a phone call. Terrible. Plan on returning everything and starting over elsewhere.

Dani Conway was fantastic. Due to major water damage to our house from a broken fitting we had to completely renovate 3 bathrooms all at once on a very short timeline. Dani helped us along picking out everything from vanities, countertop, tub, shower, fixtures... right down to the TP holders and light fixtures. With Bender's large selection of quality products and Dani's guidance our bathrooms came out fantastic with quality items. Awesome choices, great location and Christina Fay was incredible.
We just finished a major master bathroom renovation and the BEST part of the project was Amy at benders! They say "attitude" is everything, if it is this young lady will go far. Everything was NO Trouble. When we did have a slight problem with a small part of our extensive order, Amy came to the rescue rush ordering a replacement and handled the return of the faulty item with no difficulty. We worked with Amy Nunez, she was amazing. Amy really knows her products and was great to work with. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. Based solely off of working with Amy I would highly recommend using Benders for all my bathroom or kitchen needs. She is fantastic.
