I have been using Thompson Pump for years, but was excited to try this place. Much nicer and well kept shop, however, the gentleman at the front counter was a total jerk. He was quasi helpful, but had a terrible attitude. As a business owner, I would have never let any of my people talk to customers in this manner. They lost my business moving forward!
