We just got our carpets cleaned yesterday and I wish we took before and after photos because it was a incredible difference! We have used another company before and all the stains were still there with little difference. All the employees from Bend Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning that we talked to was super nice and professional! Thanks again so much for making our carpets look brand new again!!
AVOID THEM! We hired Kevin West and 541 Restoration in March and it's been quite a nightmare. I'm hearing from contractors that they aren't getting paid and dozens of other home owners that their work has also sat unfinished for half the year.
I highly recommend Bend carpet and air duct cleaning! Jamie was extremely friendly and helpful and cleaned the Hvac duct system as well as the dryer vent and I am so glad I had that done. You would not believe what comes out of dryer vents and it is a huge fire hazzard. I would definitely recommend having this done regularly! Now that I know what accumulates, I absolutely plan to! Thank you, Bend carpet and duct cleaning for providing such a great service!

I've used just about every carpet cleaning company in Bend. Non of them compare to Kevin's know how and better equipment. It's scary what equipment other carpet cleaners show up with. A rented rug doctor from the local grocery store or ace isn't my idea of a professional carpet cleaning. So avoid yourself the hassle. If you want something done correctly the first time, call Kevin!
