Awesome professionalism I called today and talked to the manager who was very kind and sweet. She helped me with the process in a fast manner.. I got to look at the apartment right away very clean nice apartment for my son and myself I can't wait until I move here just the short time I was here I felt right at home.
Go find another place to stay The management here is horrible!!! The property manager is RUDE and does not address the concerns of the tenants in a professional manner. If your apartment gets robbed, she will find a way to justify it by bringing up a miscellaneous water bill. She switched towing companies without making sure all tenants have a sticker to prevent their car from being towed. She is always late coming to the front office to do her job every single morning! I am sorry you feel that I was unprofessional. You were the one that came into the office ranting and raving. I tried to get you to calm down but you were not having any of that. I was just as surprised as you were that you were broken into. That is one reason why we tell residents to get insurance. We have security patrols every night, several times a night. One of those if i csn give them 0 stars i would Do not live here esp. If you have family coming from out of town. They will tow your car and say it's your fault.

I'm sorry you are upset that your car was towed, but you were given 4 different notices from 05/8 to 05/28 letting you know that towing was starting due to unauthorized people taking tenants spaces. It was explained that if you have guests to please come to the office and get a guest permit BEFORE your guests got here. I also explained that to you when you came into office. Again, I am sorry.
Very Quiet! This place is nice and quiet and I do mean VERY QUIET! For an older Apartment Complex this place has it going on! The apartment is a good size for what you need. The kitchen has tons of storage and a small pantry too. The bathroom is large and nice. The water pressure in the shower is about what you get at a hotel. The bedroom is good sized. Cool beans! As a college student moving back in town the property manager Stephanie really worked with us. The paperwork and approval process happened before we even stepped back in to Tally all over the phone and email. That was great because we were late in the game on finding a place. The apartment itself is nice size for the price. Pluses: nice closet, but it's the only closet in the house; located near everything; kitchen is pretty good.
