When I first started going to Physical Therapy I had a knot on the back of my neck that caused migraines. Also severe lower back pain. I could barely play around outside with my 3 wild boys. Now after almost 2 mths I can now run around with the boys play ball. I can now also walk more than a mile without my back hurting. I used to only be able to exercise for up to maybe 15 mins.
