Brandy listens to me when I ask for less pressure or more work in a certain area. Brandy helps me have a better quality of life. She is a true blessing!

Regular visits help relieve my muscle tension and soreness from stress and exercise. We have had an excellent experience with Benchmark!! Ashleigh Rohrbaugh is an amazing OT. She is extremely helpful and really does everything she can to help her clients succeed. We are so blessed to have found such a caring OT. All the staff is friendly and professional! I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy.
The Cross Park location has been absolutely fantastic! Their friendly staff is always warm and welcoming. And the therapists always takes the time to explain exactly what's being done and why.
We love Bench Mark Cross Park! Staff is always friendly and they are wonderful with children.
Kathleen at Benchmark has helped me immeasurably with mobility issues multiple times. She is kind but firm and quite knowledgeable. The other staff have also been wonderful to work with. The ladies up front are always helpful and make the wait more fun!
We have been coming for two years now, and my son is showing so much improvement. We love our OT, and the rest of the staff is just as great!
This is the best office for therapy that I have found. I have been to several other therapy offices in the Knoxville area, and I have gotten the best care ever here. I cannot believe the improvements I have made here.
