I had a disappointing experience. I wanted clarity on the treatment cost, but they were unable to provide a clear answer. Additionally, my email was incorrectly registered, and despite requesting a correction, they failed to update it.
The people at BenchMark have helped get me right many times. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and above all kind. Can’t recommend these people enough.

Crystal is an absolute miracle worker!! Had the worst shoulder and neck pain and now 2 months later, no pain!! Best staff ever!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my PT!!
The therapists at Benchmark Physical Therapy on Oxford Glen in Franklin are AMAZING! Chrystal and Maddie listen to my issues and address them. I am so much better since working with these talented young women. Great office staff too! Highly recommend this practice!
