I came in to see Madicyn McGinnis for vertigo and cannot say enough great things about her and her program!! I suffered from vertigo for about 7 years. She understood all my symptoms and feelings and made me feel validated! The exercises were all perfectly targeted and I graduated from the program in about 8 weeks feeling better than I’ve felt in years!!! When my vertigo came back ( because it can) she got me in right away and we were able to clear all symptoms again in 2 sessions. She is my hero!
Have been going to this Benchmark location for lingering shoulder and elbow ailments. Crystal and Maddie are intelligent and caring for their patients. If you are on the fence and struggling with something do not wait- make an appointment and you will be happy you did it.
Benchmark Results PT was off the charts amazing! So positive and encouraging and only kept me for the window I needed help! Not only that but they gave me exercises to do for life so as to not have to see them again ! They are a great team from the front desk to an intern to a PT! They rescued me from the pain I had walking into their facility to leaving pain free in just 4/5 visits !!!
I could not have been for satisfied with my experience at Bench Mark Physical Therapy! From the moment I walked through the door the very first time, every member of the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome (including the PT students doing rotations for their programs). Crystal was incredibly knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked with me to alleviate my pain. I just “graduated” from Benchmark at McKay’s Mill and I cannot say enough about how great the staff is. First, the facility is amazingly clean and sanitary as all the staff pitch in to keep their therapy tables, pillowcases, etc sanitized after every use. Mathew, at the reception desk, is excellent with keeping up with your appointments and insurance.
