Garrett was so good at making sure I did the exercises correctly and was activating the right muscles and not those I didn't need to-explaining everything thoroughly. He found something Scottie's had missed for 14 years-my left femur is 3/4" shorter than my right. He recommended a shoe lift and between the exercises and the lift my pain has gone from 7-8 in my lumbar spine to 1-2 and sometimes none. He's a keeper!! The office manager was also super nice!

My Dentist office is next door, I walked in on Monday, I was greeted with courtesy and respect. They accepted my insurance, I was scheduled for evaluation 2 days later, Garrett was very knowledgeable and set me up with easy to do therapy at home. I had a great experience. I highly recommend Bench Mark Lawrence.
I must admit that I was very nervous when I was prescribed PT but turns out that I had an amazing experience. The staff is so kind and helpful. They made every visit worth going.
Garrett and Olivia are very nice to work with. Garrett helped my sciatic nerve pain from hip to knee to slowly disappear.. And Olivia she’s the receptionist and she was always very polite. If I injure myself again I’ll be back to them for sure. Great experience.
