They have owed me money for over a month; billing dept tried to dictate that they would not pay their debt until I finished, I said, then they tried to only pay a low portion, and I again said no, they can pay me now or I can file criminal charges for theft and charge interest. They claim that it will be back in 5-7 business days, even though they take it immediately. They will reply with some lame excuses, but there are no excuses for not paying a debt especially when they have not been extended credit or net terms.
