5 stars for Matt and office lady, Josie. They are so personable, kind hearted and know all the ins and outs of physical therapy. I tore my ACL, and they brought me straight out of surgery and into recovery with ease. Months later, I am discharged and happy with my knee and recovery. Thank you to the benchmark team in Hebron.

Was referred by my doctor for hip pain. Matt performed an exam and recommended a series of stretching exercises that had an immediate effect on reducing pain. What I appreciated most was his ability to explain the what and the why in easy to understand terms. That understanding allowed me to focus on the areas I needed to strengthen.
