This was the first physical therapy I have ever gone to that did me any good (and I have gone a lot in the last 8 yrs). I can now stand up straight. He not only gave me exercises, but laid hands on me and twisted me around to try to open up my back. I would recommend Matt to anyone, not only for backs, but for any injury.
I liked going to a small facility. Matt was a great therapist. I got the guidance I needed and also the hands on therapy. When I initially went into Benchmark, Josie was very friendly and helpful. Matt is a good guy. He helped me a great deal. The other facilities I had gone to prior were just too big and chaotic. If I need PT in the future, I'll go back to Benchmark and see Matt.
I had a knee replacement and hurt pretty much of the time. I could tell by 3 to 4 therapies that I was starting to ease up on pain. Therapy is definitely the way to go. I had a therapist named Matt in Hebron and he was excellent. It definitely hurt but he said to keep on pushing and I did and it’s worth it. The receptionist Josie was so kind nice and welcoming!!!
Matt Graessle is the BEST Physical Therapist I have ever had! I will go back to him any, and every time!
