I would definitely recommend! Carl and Benchmark Mortgage were very helpful during the entire process of buying my condo. I had a very short period of time to get everything done (less than 1 month) and they made sure everything was completed by the time I needed it. As a first time buyer I wasn't well versed in the process and technicalities but Carl took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. I would certainly use them again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Carl Spiteri and his team members, in particular Doris Gallucci and Kelli Hansen. From beginning to end, they were extremely thorough and attentive to my financial needs and making sure that I was getting the best deal possible. This was my third experience working with Benchmark and I would never work with anyone else’s.
