Great Billings Dentist A great dental practice. I experienced a Saturday dental emergency while on a trip. From my first phone call, I found them welcoming and helpful. They invited me in without an appointment, then handled everything promptly and very professionally. All the personnel were friendly, the office was unexpectedly but pleasantly high-tech. The cost of the procedure (a tooth extraction) was reasonable too. If I lived in the Billings area, these folks would be my regular dental office.
The care I get at Turly's was great and is always great. I have been with them through a lot of dental work and mile smile speaks for itself and their great work.

Not really. Got my teeth cleaned and Barb found a beginning serious tooth problem but Doctor Jim Turley and special assistant Alex fixed it with a filling. Then Alma and Meagan ran me through the payment options which turned out to be the most painful part. Was a bit painful when anesthetic wore off but that might be due to the hamburger I was eating immediately after the surgery.
