Yes, things were a little different during my routine cleaning due to the pandemic but still the great service I have known to expect. Cori did an excellent job explaining things and with the cleaning. Dr. Turley was quick and thorough with his exam. As always, 5 stars for the staff at Turley Dental!
Dr. Abeyta and her staff are truley a professional staff and organization. They listen to you, and fix only what you ask. They make you feel like family and a person, not just a patient. They are very clean and cautious with our current pandemic. I felt very safe and compfortable. Thanks to all the staff.
Today I was seen as a new patient and was happily surprised by the services I received. The office was incredibly clean and the front-end staff was friendly. I saw Kayla (hygienist) who was fun and gentle while cleaning my teeth. She didn't make me feel rushed while taking case history or guilty about having continual issues with my teeth. Later, I saw Dr. Colbert who did a great job of explaining everything and took a very conservative approach to pursuing treatment options (which I appreciated). I'm usually not one to write reviews, but I felt it necessary to let folks know how my experience was. Efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 far exceeded the guidelines put out by WHO and the CDC. They went to great measures for the safety of their patients. My scheduled procedure was to fix a filling and they found another issue that needed work, which increased the price... but they worked with me on scheduled payments after the procedure so that it was best for my budget. Turley’s Dental has always been spotlessly clean. They have responded so professionally to the new Covid requirements. Their care and consideration of the patient is the best. I have their internal insurance benefit and use it every year. It’s a great help financially.
The Doctors and staff at Turley Dental on Shiloh are very professional, friendly and genuinely concerned about my health. I would recommend this group to anyone needing dental care.
