All tens, no zeros here Having run a private solo FP practice for over 20 years, we would like to commend you on a beautiful office, state of the art facilities, extreme efficiency, and most importantly wonderful staff, friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and well trained. For staff, on a scale of 0-10, we encountered our share of zeros, but, thankfully, 10's, as well. Your office is overflowing with 10's.
