Tom Carr, the representative that we hired, not only was very inexperienced at handling sub contractors but had unskilled ,unqualified workers on site regularly, biggest fiasco ever! Nothing was done in time, all special ordered windows and doors were misirdered, every phase took twice as long as we were promised. We had to fire tom carr and the crew who came in had to practically redo everything Mr Carr had attempted. Very poor organization and inadequate work all around.
