I paid $400 For a knife that keeps acting up on me have sent it in once go to back And same results I have the infidel Every time I send it back to get fixed it cost me $25 for shipping and I have to take it to a authorized dealer to send it back

I have carried Benchmade for atleast 25 years. I am VERY hard on my knives. I work in the foundry industry and my knife is a daily tool for scraping flash and coatings etc. You name it and I do it. I have been known to use a hammer on the heel if I had to. Although I would not advise I have zero complaints. Ive only ever broken one tip and one pocket clip. I rotate my dress knife to my carry knife every 3 years or so. I am lost without it. I would recommend to any/everyone. Dave Bachota. Fort Wayne In.

Just got my Pardue 550 back with S30 and deep carry clip. Upgraded from the old 440. Wow I’m amazed how fast it was returned to me to go on adventures again with new steel. Just like Christmas morning when I came home from work to see the UPS man giving it to me. Great to deal with. Thank you
