I received a Benchmade knife from the company I work for as a gift just before Christmas. I could immediately tell the quality of the knife as I handled it. I’ve used the knife almost every day since and haven’t always been the best caretaker of it but it has never let me down. My Benchmade Mini Griptillian saved my dog's life last night. In a freak accident he got his collar twisted and caught. He was being strangled and I couldn't get the collar off as it was so snagged/twisted and tight. luckily I was carrying my Benchmade clipped to my pocket. I was able to cut him free of the thick collar like a hot knife in butter. We revived him and he is alive and well. I am so very thankful I had my razor sharp Benchmade at that moment. I have only had 1 knife by them which is the mini griptilian. Let me just start off by saying” I am very impressed with how good this thing is and literally if I had I’d say about $10,000 to $20,000 I would literally order 1 of them mini griptilians for each of my family members. My next purchase is the pagan and I am looking forward to that one. Amazing customer service and support! Sent my north folk to benchmade because the scales developed a hair crack. I asked if they could replace with their g10 version and in 2 weeks total from the moment i sent it it came back like new!!! Amazing! Plus they kept me inform on the process and it arrived with a detail list of what was done to the knife and even who worked it! Thanks!!! Love the knife even more now!
