RecommendedI received mine and within three hours was putting it to the test in an emergency situation. Easily cut through the curtain airbag and seatbelt to gain access to an accident victim. Very comfortable to use and operate with extrication gloves on. On a side note the personalization looks great.
Sharp edge and very good customer service
I have 6 Benchmades,love and use them all. maybe a bit overpriced but the warranty is great as is the customer service.
Spectacular service ! Recently shipped my emissary in for lifesharp service - my first time doing so. I wasn't gentle on this knife by any means, and the blade had become stained with residue that I couldn't remove, and most of all - the axis assist mechanism wasn't working anymore. Knife would still open, but no spring assist. Awful customer service. I have an Adamas auto that I’ve happily carried for many years, even recently had the blade replaced by Benchmade (at my cost). Recently, the two springs for the auto axis lock finally wore all the way out and snapped. I contacted Benchmade asking only for the replacement springs (two thin, curved strands) and was shut down repeatedly. They kept stonewalling with the extensive process of going to an authorized dealer to have it mailed in, and even had the audacity to cite “proprietary information” as ... read more
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ,,,, double talk for a month!!!!! Was told the knife was being shipped to me on the 18th aug ( by a supervisor))) and I called on the 25th and this young lady tells me it was getting ready to be shipped today!!!!! Total runaround!!!!!!!
They don't just have great knives, but also a great staff and an awesome warranty on their products. Even with this Covid going on, the turnaround time was still fast!

Customer service rivals that of LL Bean. I purchased a Mel Perdue folder almost 30 years ago. I sent the knife in for warranty repair. Benchmade hasn’t made the model in so long they no longer have spare parts. What did they do? They sent me a brand new replacement knife that will likely last me another 30 years! That’s great customer service and standing behind your product!
