So far so good. The first Benchmade knife I purchased was for my son. I told him if he went up two ranks in scouts , I would purchase a good quality knife for him. As a scout leader and being safety minded, I didn’t want a knife that required my son to put his hand in the closing path of the blade to unlock. I searched for a while and found the Bugout.
