Stay as FAR away from these knives and this company as possible. I’ve had two blatantly obvious manufacturers defects and the customer service team absolutely will not stand behind them or their products. Never again!!

I have been using benchmade knives for every day tasks as well as more heavy duty tasks when I venture into the mountains. They make an amazing product and their customer service is on point. Unfortunately benchmade sales reps have been extremely unhelpful. We went to order 200 knives for a local law enforcement group but our sales rep would never return calls or answer texts. When I called in to get help we never received phone calls back. Very disappointing. Customer service was completely nonexistent. I could go on because I tried several times to push this order through. All I can say is I would not recommend them purely based on this customer service expierence.
