I requested replacement screws for the belay clip for my 9050, they not only sent the screws free of charge but also included a brew belt clip. They also reminded me about their sharpening policy, and were amazing on the phone for customer service. It is rare to experience a company that cares like Benchmade!
If your shopping for a knife you should look hard at the Benchmade, they will give you a good sense of quality and what you should be shopping for. Even if you dont buy one you have all the rest to judge off of the Benchmade like much of the industry does. Tom Doyle
