I had a 7 year old knife sent in for repair under their warranty service. I wasn't charged a penny for the repair. Due to a strange mishap, my knife went missing in shipping. There was no questions asked, they shipped me a brand new knife! Now, that is integrity and good business practices. A shout out to A.J. and Shelby in their customer service department. Thank you so much for your hard work and care!
