Although customer service is awesome, I have had to send both my Valet and my bugout back to the factory for broken omega springs. The omega springs broke on the valet after having the knife for 3 months and the bugout omega springs broke after not even having the knife for a month. The knifes are awesome except for the omega springs. For that reason I can’t recommend them, for what it is worth.
