Just a quick thumbs-up to Benchmade Knives. I had a trusty BM that I have used almost daily for many many moons, and the assist-spring gave up the ghost recently. I sent it in under their lifetime warranty. I received a call back today with sad news: that model was discontinued. However, they have offered a new model of my choice (up to a certain value) as a replacement. Very cool! And the best part: they are made in this strange land called “USA”. 👍🏼 Beyond pleased!
