I am surprised to see he moved his office to CA considering how racist he is. I was denied services and even had my appointment cancelled because I was coming from another country. This was in the OR office. BTW learn some history....PR is a US territory not "another country".

I'm not a big review person, but I believe in meritocracy. Dr. Fowler and his extended team deserve recognition as an all-too-rare example of a combination of competence, courtesy and fantastic customer service. If you want to be treated like you are "one of their own", don't go anywhere else.

Dr Fowler and his Staff are awesome! From my 1st consultation to the day I had my braces put on (@ 50 years of age for the 1st time) I felt very comfortable and knew I would be in very good hands and have the best care while going through this process, thank you all for your kindness, it means alot
