I have lived at the Hazeltine Apartments for over six (6) years … arriving during the start of the pandemic shutdown … and have received nothing but excellent service from first on-site management Darlene and then Misti … and would happily recommend. Love living in the friendly community atmosphere.
We’ve had absolutely wonderful onsite managers for our apartment building since moving in 4 years ago. Our current manager Misti has been really extraordinary. My daughter had intense back surgery with a really long recovery and Misti just went out of her way to make sure things like a heavy garage door or any maintenance issue got sorted for her. It’s a quite unfortunate that I have to give them a very low Rating and the cause of this is a very sassy and very arrogant operating with her superciliousness her name is Sandra Escalante avoid her at all cost try not to deal with her I really feel bad for the landlords that she gets to manage their properties I think they lose business because of her.
I had to take Ben Leeds Properties LLC to Small Claims Court due to improper charges after moving out. The court ruled in my favor and ordered them to pay. Instead of resolving the matter, the company chose to file an appeal, forcing me to miss additional workdays and lose income over a relatively small amount. This feels less about money and more about intimidating tenants and dragging out the process until people give up. Just backed out of a deal with them. They wanted a 6k cashiers check to clear before I could even look at the lease. Don’t need to deal with scammy companies.
