I've been in there twice within the past week to buy gift cards and both times I've left without gift cards. The first time he wanted to ring each card up one at a time and I didn't have time to wait so I left. The second time she couldn't even figure out how to sell me a single card, even after calling the manager. I love the ice cream but I won't be going back to this location.
