The person at the counter, "Natalie" if that was her real name was rude and very unprofessional. She gave several different invalid excuses as to why I was unable to get the flavor I drove 30 minutes for. She didn't know a number for customer service, but yet claimed to be the manager. If management is that clueless, then they shouldn't be managers. As another person stated in their review, I still left without what I went for...some ice cream and a giftcard.
