I went there today around 5pm and the workers wasn’t using any gloves. They where serving food without any gloves and when I asked why they did not have any gloves on they said they ran out and their manager was not answering the phone so they could get more. That made me not want my food so I walked out and left and I really wanted to get ice cream for my family. My friend and I had dinner and decided that ice cream sounded good for dessert. we stood in line behind a couple, waiting our turn. When the server finished with them, she looked at us and immediately took the couple waiting BEHIND us! She did not even give us a second glance. We left and went to Insomnia Cookies instead! Ben & Jerry's lost 2 paying customers tonight for good.
Poor customer service, dirty, and freezer burnt ice cream. Not worth the money.
