So I took my son who has a dairy allergy in to enjoy a treat. That staff did everything possible to make sure that he got dairy free and make me comfortable knowing there was no cross contamination. They even went in the back and opened a new ice cream scoop to make sure nothing could possibly mix. Made his and dads day very special. Thank you!
Grew up on this shore. There was only a line of five people last night and they were the WORST five people to get stuck behind!! Your people need to know how to gently lean over to the next in line and say, can I help you? The guy just stood there waiting for his colleague to finish answering forty-two questions rather than waiting on the next customer.
Was in Saratoga for a Yankee bus trip that dropped me off in front of Ben & Jerry's so I went in on impulse have been eating the store bought pints for years and I love them but the service and freshness of the ice cream from this shop was on a whole other level of greatness ice cream was so smooth and creamy and the busy staff was amazing! Now I'll be driving to saratoga to get my fix for ice cream. no more store bought pints for me. Just the real stuff from now on!
