From beginning to end, excellent.
I have been a patient of Dr. Garrido’s for 4 years. I have had two surgeries. Dr. Garrido is very skilled surgeon and has a caring bedside manner. He is not quick to cut. His PA’s (Abigail and Sara) are knowledgeable and explains surgical procedures and follow up timely with any questions I have had. The receptionist, Betty, treats you like a family member. Everyone at the office has been friendly and helpful. I have referred several people to Dr. Garrido because I trust him that much.
There is no question he is the best.
It was either my 4th or 5th visit I can’t remember,but I told him my pain was better and then told him I was still experiencing numbness in my hand. He then recommended more shots in my neck in which I had a severe allergic reaction to that made me have a ER visit (nurse added it to file the visit before that) that tells me he did not look at my file before even entering the room a hr and a half past my appointment time! Dr. Garrido performed surgery on my L4 & L5 lumbar area and the pain I had prior to the surgery is gone. He did an excellent job. Joan Wentzel
This man changed my life, the pain I was having was unbearable. Dr. Garrido found the problem and was able to correct it. The staff made the process understandable and walked me thru the what was going to happen. After surgery in recovery my pain was gone and now six months later I have had no issues. I have told all my friends and people that ask about what happened if you ever need a surgeon for your spine this is the man to see. Would NOT recommend this uncaring, unsympathetic, rude doctor to anyone. He was in and out of the exam room in under 3 minutes. I never had a chance to ask the man not even one question. And the worse thing is he was rude to my dad when he took me to my appointment. In my opinion there's no excuse for someone being rude to a 90 year old man. Last time I went to see one of the PA's she was going to call me the next day to let me know what Garrido said about doing surgery. That was 3 months ago and no one has called me back ye... read more
Upon moving to NC from another state it was troubling to think I needed to find a surgeon who knew his craft and made me feel at ease. I am so thankful my doctor referred me to Dr. Garrido! Also, his staff is as professional and compassionate as the doctor.
I've been suffering with Sciatic nerve damage for so long and I was referred to Dr. Garrido and had to back Surgery right side and six months later left side and each day, month and now a year I am doing great. Praise God
