Not sure what is going on at BH but the service is lousy! I can't get anyone on the phone or email to try and resolve an issue. I bought a set of Hogan FT Worth irons and am already regretting doing business with them. There is no set of irons in the world I can't live without but bad service is! UPDATE! Ben Hogan stepped up it's game and resolved my issue! Wasn't confident that they would since most golf companies don't really seem to care.
Have had my new PTX irons for a couple of weeks now and can confirm that the Hogan tradition of great irons has been upheld. At least a half club longer and slight mis-hits are straighter and farther. Customer service was great. Best choice I could have made.
I wanted to thank the Staff at Ben Hogan for helping me to make my purchase of a new set of irons. My last set of Hogans lasted from 2002-2017. I am finally hanging them up and the staff helped me to see what was the right choice for my game and answered all my questions. Thank you for your professionalism and quick responses!
Excellent clubs. Great feel and distance. I can work the ball either way. What more could you want!
