Having ordered a set of irons at the beginning of February, I reached out for a status update of when to expect my clubs. That’s when I’m told I wont even see them until late March, early April. My issue is that I had to reach out to be told this, having expecting them to be here in time for my Vegas golf trip. Now I’ll be purchasing competitive brands.

Just received my clubs. I ordered Dec 1 & as per their website on build & delivery time, I was notified Dec 29 that they were made and shipped. Came next day-Dec 30....in 2 parcels via UPS, in tact and excellent condition. Couldn't be happier to try these out ASAP.

I ordered a GS53 max and get an email on how my order will not be filled for over a month blaming covid. I don’t want to hear it, this is a poor excuse given to customers who purchase your clubs. Why do I say this? Because I receive a subsequent email soliciting more business from me in the name of Black Friday sales. I conceivably will not see my driver for minimum a month and a half and I’m supposed to be inspired to wanna purchase more product? I have half a mind to just cancel the current order. The best bang for the buck.
Just had my first range session with my new irons, woods, and wedges. They are the best clubs especially for the price and will definitely be a wonderful asset to improving my game. plus, they look absolutely gorgeous in my bag😍 Forget all the big name brands, Ben Hogan clubs are THE WAY TO GO!!

Customer service is non existent. Placed an order and the email they sent shows the wrong shaft. Trying to get in touch with them to change it and it’s impossible.
Actually quite disappointed with the service I have received from Ben Hogan Golf. Placed quite a substantial order, over a month ago, and have recently been told that it hasn't been started, yet. I fully understand the implications of the factory being shutdown for 6 weeks due to Covid-19. However, it was stated, on the website, that there was a 29 day lead-time, which has now elapsed. I am a retired Army veteran of 23 years and also as of May just completed my college degree after another 20 years of work, so as a treat to myself I wanted to get a brand new set of quality golf clubs.
